Our online certificate program in leadership development is for individuals wanting to enhance their personal leadership skills in order to lead their communities and organizations more effectively.

As with our traditional leadership curriculum, our online leadership development certificate covers three main areas crucial to individuals growing as leaders:

• Mastery of Self – understanding how one thinks and behaves as a leader

• Mastery of Relationships – understanding how to apply leadership skills in a group context

• Mastery of Action – understanding how to apply skills learned to strengthen organizations and communities

Beyond the virtual class sessions, which individuals will move through as a cohort to build relationships and networks, our certificate program will also ask participants to show how they are applying the skills they are learning in their workplaces, organizations, and communities.
