0745 - Rain Gardens in Coastal Georgia

On Saturday, March 13th participate in our free webinar about rain gardens. The workshop will introduce rain gardens as a stormwater management tool for your landscape.  Join our Stormwater Specialist and EcoScapes Sustainable Land Use Program Manager to learn about the steps to design and build a rain garden in your landscape that will reduce flooding and improve water quality. The workshop is intended for homeowners, businesses, and master gardeners.

• Understand the components of a rain garden.
• Discover the benefits of a rain garden.
• Learn the basic design components of a rain garden and how they apply to your landscape.

Notes

This introductory workshop is a prerequisite for candidates applying to the new incentive-based Coastal Georgia Rain Garden Program. Participation in the Program is not required to attend the workshop.
