Oysters are more than just delicious bivalves, they provide a wealth of ecosystem services like serving as habitat and food for fish and crustaceans. Join us for a program focused on why this particular shellfish species is so important. You will explore the ecosystem services that oysters provide, take a peek at the inside of an oyster and learn about some of the many animals associated with oyster reef communities.
