This session will focus on the importance of proper budget allocation, use of encumbrances, revenue monitoring, and projecting revenues and expenditures. Much time is spent on the budget preparation and approval process. The monitoring of budgetary compliance is equally important. 

Course Outline

Please note there are two methods to register for this course. Click the Single Registration button to register and pay online.
