MENTOR Georgia is pleased to offer a series of workshops for mentor program staff, nonprofit youth development organizations, and grassroots startups. This series goes beyond programmatic best practices to support broader organizational health and sustainability, with a rotating slate of topics requested by your peers and colleagues.

December 6, 12-1:30 p.m. - Lunch 'n' Learn -  Best Practices in Youth Mentoring: Research and Tools to Improve Your Outcomes

Join special guest facilitators Thomas Wittrup, of MentorPRO, and Jean Rhodes, director of the Center for Evidence-Based Mentoring at U-Mass Boston, for this Lunch and Learn overviewing tools and research you can use to boost your mentoring program's work. They will share the latest research and findings from the mentoring field, including research coming from the Center and Dr. Rhodes' colleagues from across the mentoring field. Additionally, we will get a demo of MentorPRO, an app developed by Dr. Rhodes utilizing research to support the use of technology in driving positive, supportive relationships between mentors and mentees.
