0746 | Estuary Explorations

Grab your sense of adventure and come explore Georgia’s beautiful coastal rivers and sounds.  Travel by boat to witness the rich diversity of coastal Georgia's habitats.  We may see ospreys fishing, bald eagles nesting and dolphins spy hopping!  You never know what you will see when you are out on the water!  

Registration is required and includes admission to the UGA Aquarium.  Children ages 10 - 18 are welcome but must be accompanied by a registered adult.  

Special Notes: 

• All boat activities are weather-dependent and require appropriate and adequate footwear and clothing, including closed-toe shoes.  There is no guarantee of wildlife sightings, but every program will include information about estuarine ecology and conservation.
• UGA boat captains reserve the right to cancel boat programs in the event of unsafe weather conditions.  You will be notified the day before your trip of any program changes.
