Go beyond the script in this immersive theater experience that takes the stage outdoors. Led by Asia Meana, this unique academy combines the principles of "Superhero Clubhouse" with collaborative devising techniques to create theater that matters.

Rather than memorizing lines for a traditional play, students will engage deeply with local environmental issues to build their own original performance piece from scratch. Utilizing both indoor studios and campus outdoor spaces, we will explore:

Climate & Justice: How to center environmental justice in storytelling.

Devising: Collaborative creation techniques to build a narrative together.

Process over Product: A focus on deep learning and artistic experimentation rather than the pressure of a polished final spectacle.

Whether we end the week with a community performance or an internal showcase, you will leave with a new understanding of how theater can change the world.
