MENTOR is preparing to release the Fifth Edition of the Elements of Effective Practice for Mentoring in early 2025. As we update our training systems, coaching, and other programmatic materials to reflect the new EEP, we invite you to come learn what is changing, how to get up to speed on the updates, and how the latest research-informed guide to mentoring is going to help your program engage young people, mentors, and stakeholders more effectively.
