Logic Models 101

Do you have all of the building blocks to apply for grants, evaluate the effectiveness of your programs, and identify the resources needed to carry them out? Join us for a session looking at how building a logic model for your program can help you with all of the above (and more)! A logic model is simply a visual diagram laying out the way that a program's activities lead to the desired results — including the measurable benchmarks you're aiming to meet along the way. This session, led by MENTOR Georgia Executive Director Leslie Hale, will break the logic model down into its component parts and coach you through building a logic model that tells your program's story, prepares programs for maximum impact, and helps secure funding.
