March 25, 12-1:30 p.m. - Lunch 'n' Learn - Empowering Families Through Communicaton: An Overview of GCAPP's LIFT Program

Join us for a comprehensive overview of the Linking Families and Teens (LiFT) program, designed to empower young people and their parents with the knowledge and tools to make informed, healthy decisions, administered by GCAPP, the Georgia Campaign for Adolescent Power & Potential. This webinar will explore how LiFT’s interactive 5-hour workshop, follow-up phone call, and 12 weekly text messages can help families strengthen their bonds, share values, and tackle tough conversations, including topics on sexual health and healthy relationships. Perfect for programs looking to support both teens and their caregivers in building a foundation of trust and communication.
