The purpose of this session is to provide a brief overview of the common types of fraud occurring within governments as well as provide the participant with tools to prevent and/or detect those frauds.

Course Outline

Please note there are two methods to register for this course. Click the Single Registration button to register and pay online.   • recognize common types of fraud found in state and local governments, schools and school systems

  • recall how these frauds are perpetrated

  • identify methods to prevent and/or detect those frauds
